  17. One lady said that she and her husband looked at a short sale at the Elleven building before they became interested in Market Lofts. They went to Market Loft at first but they did not find it that exciting. They preferred the more stylish 1111 Grand building.

    They visited Market Lofts several more times and it grew on them until the heard that the auction was coming up and they went to the auction to bid on a Market Loft. They bid on one of the best units and they won the auction for it.

    Now they say they love it. They love the loft condo unit and they especially love the location and that that the building is quiet and the location by Ralphs, L.A. Live and other exciting places right there but still calm and quiet and relaxing neighborhood.

    They say they like the helpful 24-hour security concierge front desk and they think that the building manager Paulette really rocks.

    In their unit, they set up a combination of historic looks with modern creativity that coordinates with the authenticity of the loft building.

    They like the spin cycle workout business in the street retail section below and really like the Ralphs market as a very good store and they can walk downstairs to get food and walk to other fun places just steps away. It is always a fun excursion to walk around the neighborhood with always new things to see and interesting people to run into. They love the beautiful Regal Cinema movie theater that is just a couple blocks away to easily walk to.

    The loft owners purchased at a good time and they are looking forward to a bright future of a growing Downtown and rise in equity and value of the Market Lofts.
