PNB Rock Murdered in South Los Angeles

CAUTION! VIDEO DISTURBING FOR SOME. VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED.

REAL ESTATE NEWS (Los Angeles, CA) — How dangerous is Los Angeles? 30 year old rapper PNB Rock was shot dead today in South L.A. We are told that PNB’s girlfriend publicized the location on Instagram in advance before they arrived, that the rapper was wearing expensive jewelry, may have challenged L.A. thugs in previous interview, and may have moved too slowly when a gunman demanded his jewelry. The Metropolitan South neighborhood is just about 6 miles from Downtown Los Angeles and USC. WARNING GRAPHIC VIDEOS: Robbery gone wrong? The robber may have chosen the location knowing that wealthy PNB would be there.

Some have asked why PNB would be at that location knowing that there are safer locations elsewhere. PNB has answered this question in previous interviews, in which he said, everywhere he goes, he desired to visit the hood, the more poverty-stricken, gritty neighborhoods — perhaps to be part of and embrace inner city minority culture. In interviews, PNB uses the word nigga very frequently, and spends considerable time discussing the scary atmosphere, creepy vibes and real dangers of Los Angeles. The outcome of this incident is profoundly sad. The Loft Blog expresses its sympathies to family, friends and fans of PNB. We hope word of this deeply disturbing, all-too-common tragedy initiates necessary changes that will increase the safety of Los Angeles.

Rich, Middle Class and Poor: Nobody Safe in Los Angeles

REAL ESTATE NEWS (Los Angeles, CA) — From Downtown L.A. to Beverly Hills, crime and violence escalate to dramatic proportions. According to many cops of the Los Angeles Police Department, the department has insufficient numbers of police officers to handle all of the crime in Los Angeles. The result: even the wealthiest of citizens are today subject to being staked out by robbers, followed and attacked by organized criminals, petty thieves and burgeoning gangs with guns. In a big city like Los Angeles, victims can suddenly feel all alone and helpless when their number’s up. Calls to 911 often take 15-20 minutes or more as frantic callers are placed on hold, transferred or ignored. Police usually don’t arrive until it is too late.

In one recent follow-home robbery caught on video in broad daylight, thieves chase a frightened woman into the street in Downtown Los Angeles, then run her down with their car, in an all-out effort to steal her Rolex watch. More than a dozen gangs roam L.A. looking for those wearing expensive jewelry, driving high-end cars, leaving expensive shops or upscale restaurants. It’s open season on the wealthy of Los Angeles.

A few months ago, someone murdered a young lady named Heidi Planck, and put her body down the trash shoot of the Hope + Flower apartments at 12th and Hope St tower Downtown Los Angeles. Her labradoodle dog was later found in Flower tower. Police say that there may be some kind of cover-up due to strange unexplained details, and could be related to a Wall Street scandal that Heidi may have been entangled with. She apparently had a history of drug abuse, an affinity for spy adventures, a mysterious luxury lifestyle far above her means, and recent erratic behaviors. It turned out hat Heidi was either taking some serious drugs, involved in serious crimes, quite mentally ill or all of the above. Nevertheless, she did not deserve to be murdered.

We’ve also received reports that an armed robbery occurred last week, as robbers accosted a woman to take jewelry, in or near Hope + Flower.
