Beginning Monday, July 6th. Updated rules shall go into effect for Los Angeles real estate listings. TheMLS has revised some of the rules issued in response to the virus panic, and has made some updates. The DOM Days on Market has not been accurate recently because it was temporarily frozen to help account for the shutdown (For now, look at the listing date to get a more accurate view).

DOM: The MLS™ will unfreeze the Days on Market (DOM). Due to COVID-19, DOM was frozen and not recorded in the history from March 15, 2020 to July 5, 2020.
