How to Buy an Off-Market Property

Many smart buyers make the mistake of missing out on just the right loft, condo or house because they never see the best deals. The buyers agent and then must follow up with the seller the next day week month two months six months and one year.

The best deals go fast — and that’s why it’s important not only for buyers to get property listings sooner, quicker — and to thereby get off-market, unlisted and pocket listings.
