The best deals can be hard to find. Many prospective Downtown home buyers are not aware that the best buys are not on the internet, and not listed on the MLS.  These unlisted lofts and condos are called pocket listings or off-market homes. Sometimes up to half of the best deals are purchased privately and not on the market.

Rain in Los Angeles - Flash Flood Warning

Active for next 2 days ·

FLASH FLOODING AND MUD AND DEBRIS FLOWS POSSIBLE FOR RECENT
BURN AREAS OF SOUTHWESTERN CALIFORNIA FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING…  #losangeles #weather #rain #flashflood

.The flash flood watch has been expanded to include much of
southeastern Santa Barbara county…all of Ventura County and all
of L.A. county except the Antelope valley…not just the burn
areas.
A cold front will interact with a plume of subtropical moisture
and will bring a period of moderate to heavy rainfall to the
region. Behind the front, scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms will continue through Tuesday evening. Rainfall
rates in excess of one half to an inch per hour are possible
during the peak of the storm. This storm has the potential to
create flash flooding across the area. Especially vulnerable will
be the areas in and around the recent burn areas where dangerous mud
and debris flows will be possible.

…FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING…
The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* All of Los Angeles county except for the Antelope valley
including all of the burn areas.

* From this evening through Tuesday evening

* Rainfall rates between one half inch to one inch will be
possible with this storm system.

* There is a strong potential for flash flooding and mud and
debris flow in and around these burn areas.
