Here’s the latest report on the whereabouts and activities of con-man Drew Donovan. The locations of his most recent crimes and victims:
Another victim has come forward and has just sent the L.A. Loft Blog some updated details, including Donovan’s usual fraud activities, this time in the San Francisco area just days ago. Several victims have reported that the police were completely dismissive. This is normal for fraud cases, and the perpetrator counts on this. There are, however, steps that can be taken to get the police more involved.
When reporting Donovan to the local police ad FBI, be sure to get a copy of the police report or receipt of the police report. Police are often busy, and they need our help to distinguish his federal offenses from mere civil matters. Make sure that the police are aware that the criminal is a convicted felon; currently running a full-time criminal enterprise including hundreds of counts of identity theft, bouncing checks, creating and using fake checks and other fraudulent financial instruments, felony fraud with hundreds of victims and millions of dollars in damages; conspiracy with partner Melissa Ramsey; interstate crime in California; Michigan and Maine; has committed millions of dollars of fraud, including real estate fraud in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Monterrey, Salinas and San Francisco; kidnapped at least one mother of several children; victimized at least three real estate agents, brokers, real estate companies, home buyers, home sellers, banks and hotels. Due to the serious felony nature of the crimes, it is imperative to give the criminal evidence to law enforcement (along with all names that he is using) so that they may arrest and convict Donovan. We have received word that the film-flam man has been using, and is still recently using dating and personals websites to find victims. #fraud #drewdonovan #christianandrews

After reporting the crimes to law enforcement, the next step is to file a civil or small claims lawsuit so that the civil judge and authorities can also jail him when he fails to cooperate with the civil process.
