Much-needed short-term to long-term apartment rentals have come to DTLA in the form of a 33-story luxury tower recently constructed between Downtown’s South Park and Historic Core neighborhoods.   The project, officially named LEVEL DTLA, consists of furnished extended-stay rentals aimed at those who are new to Downtown and staying for 1 month to 12 months or more.  The $200 million tower brings 300 1-3 bedroom suites that start at 710 square feet and go up to 2,035 square feet.
