dog-friendly-lofts-mk-eMost buildings in Downtown now accept a variety of pets.  Many new buildings and new parks have been added to Downtown over the past 10 years, and dogs have begun to take over.  In fact, with the new Americans with Disabilities Act, just about any dog can be labeled a service dog, and therefore even pet-unfriendly buildings are now often forced to accept dogs as legitimate residents.

Moving can be hard on everyone involved: adults, kids, and yes… even your pets! While your pet may not understand exactly what is going on, they can sense the stress (good or bad), that the whole family is experiencing. Add to that the fact that animals are creatures of habit and do not like changes to their usual routine, and you can understand why they become so confused.

Your pets can also become quite anxious when all of a sudden, they see their humans busily throwing everything around them into boxes. Animals, just like people, can behave rather badly when under stress, so we need to do all we can to help them feel secure throughout the moving process.

With this in mind, we have gathered helpful moving tips from industry experts that any pet owner can easily follow, and have created a FREE Special Report, entitled, “Pet Owners – Tips to Making Your Move Easier on Your Pets.”

Downtown Los Angeles Districts and Nearby Neighborhoods – Lofts, Condos and Homes For Sale

Now that Downtown LA has experienced several years of rapid price increases, more prospective home buyers are looking outside of Downtown for a more affordable price range.  While Downtown still has some bargains for loft lovers (check out the NEW LOFTS Coming Soon), twice as many potential buyers are looking at condos and houses in neighboring communities. Some neighborhoods, such as Lincoln Heights have long been popular loft-loving communities with converted industrial buildings such as Alta Lofts.  Silver Lake and Hollywood are on par with Downtown in terms of interesting shops, dining and entertainment.  Here is the newly expanded list of neighborhoods and homes for sale in and out of Downtown.
