Joey dtla is the hottest spot in downtown Los Angeles today. It’s right across the street from Lofts for sale and for lease at http://www.655HopeLoft.com

I only walked by the place a couple months ago, and noticed that is was popular, full, designed well, partially opened to the the Restaurant Row sidewalk on busy 7th Street, which is the closest thing to Manhattan in Los Angeles. I noticed that the patrons were enjoying themselves in the big patio of this modern casual dining restaurant / bar / cafe / wine lounge with a lot of flair. It’s got highly rated American and international fusion cuisine. Then the place shows up today as the hottest thing on Google Trends in Downtown Los Angeles.
