The Frogtown Art Walk is 9/24/22 from 3 PM to 10 PM across the L.A. River from Taylor Yard. Those who like creativity and design will love the event that brings Central Los Angeles creators together to enjoy browsing and perusing the latest and greatest pieces from local artists. The Loft Blog team will be there to help out, and to document the attractions and new styles. Art lovers of all ages will be there to take part in pop-up galleries, artist studio tours, live painting, light installations, musical and spoken word performances, a literary lounge and art exhibits along the Los Angeles River in Elysian Valley aka “Frogtown.” Free pedicabs supplied by Awesome Pedicab will once again ferry visitors from Fletcher Drive south to the Taylor Yard Pedestrian Bridge and back.
Along the re-naturalizing, greening part of the Los Angeles River, among waterfowl and nature lovers, this free event is a self-guided tour that takes you into studios, workshops and a series of pop-up galleries hosted by local creative businesses. The Artwalk is a bike-friendly, car-free, low-impact event. Please respect the Elysian Valley residential neighborhood, and park on Riverside Drive, or take one of the alternate transportation options:
