Elleven Lofts has a thoughtful architectural design that blends in with its neighboring buildings in the South Park district of Downtown Los Angeles.

The exterior of the building is wrapped in glass, which allows plenty of light into each of the lofts, providing an open space for the residents, and maximizing views of the surrounding LA city and skyline. A socially responsible and economically friendly approach was taken during the construction and maintenance of Elleven Lofts.

A Modern Building

Built with sustainable materials are things that look and function as well as, or better than, conventional materials, but have less impact. Things like wood floors cut from sustainable forests. Cabinets made from renewable, non-toxic wheatboard. Natural fiber carpets. Showers, toilets, and fixtures with low-flow designs that conserve water.  As a result, Elleven is the first green residential building in downtown Los Angeles and is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Green construction techniques include everything from transporting materials to the construction site more efficiently to putting thought toward how we can integrate the building into its neighborhood with minimal impact.  For example, using tall windows to let more light flow in, which saves on lighting energy, or using treated glass and sunshades, which help save on cooling costs

DTLA South Park Location

Located in the South Park district of Downtown Los Angeles, Elleven Lofts is walkable to the Historic Core, and the Fashion District. Many of LA’s best restaurants and shopping are nearby, as well as the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise, the Staples Center, and the world-class Nokia Theatre at L.A. LIVE.

Work centers and offices, shopping, restaurants, museums, entertainment and cultural icons like MOCA and the Disney Concert Hall.  Grand Hope Park and Pershing Square are within walking distance, and the nearest public transportation is at the doorstep of Elleven Lofts on the corner of S Grand Avenue and W 11th Street. Layout and Features

Of the 176 units offered at Elleven Lofts, a variation of one or two bedroom or penthouse units are available, as well as four two-story live-work townhomes. Sizes range from 770 square feet to 3,100 square feet.

The building is characterized by its open floor plans and oversized ceiling heights. Refined finishes are found throughout the units, including stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring.

Additional interior features include high-end fixtures, extensive hardwood-faced cabinetry, slab granite kitchen countertops, walk-in closets, and centralized telephone and data panels and wiring distributed throughout the units. Balconies and “Juliet” balconies are offered in most layouts, and common outdoor areas are offered on the 12th and 13th floors.
