Construction 99% complete. New units FOR LEASE — Applications now available

The new apartments are now open and accepting applications. Loft dwellers appreciate the polished concrete floors and industrial neighborhood location. All units are normal 12+ month lease. Applications now available. Construction is close to 99% complete, and move-ins should be happening soon.

Nice new kitchens and bathrooms. Some have really nice exotic wood grains, while others have possibly questionable shades of blue or green cabinets. A 114,000 SF project is nearing completion in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of central Los Angeles, not far from Downtown L.A. Swimming pool and restaurants in 6,021 SF of retail space brings high-end quality to this new building complex, as it lifts up the neighborhood. The 3-in-one mixed-use complex brings 100 apartments (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms), plus 100 studio micro units. | UPDATE

We are told that Breadlounge may be among the first retail restaurant vendors in the building.

Lincoln Heights location near the LA River. Easy access to the 5 freeway and DTLA.
Common area shared indoor seating. A large outdoor courtyard designed as a seating area where Breadlounge will be located.

1,055 Sq ft courtyard centers the building on Barranca Street, across from Alta Lofts building pedestrian gate.

The new complex boosts the block to over 400 units, including: Barranca Studios (200 units), Alta Lofts (104 units), San Fernando Studios (81 units – under construction), and 20 unit Artists Collective building.

There seems to also be some kind of large restaurant or food court taking up the 6,000 square feet of open food hall design, under construction and nearing completion in the large street frontage area of building.
