Q: I am renting a loft in the Textile Building and wanted to know how I can get access to the amenities available? I was hoping to gain access to the pool and basketball half court. The owner of the unit should provide rules about the amenities, and the unit owner should also provide contact information information to the tenant so that the tenant may coordinate move-in with the HOA Manager. #lofts
