Gascon suggests that everyone get a car alarm so that they might be able to recover the stripped carcasses of automobiles after thieves have their way with them in lawless LA.

The act of simply walking a dog in Los Angeles has become a life-threatening exercise, as dog walkers are run over, seriously injured or killed by hit-and-run drivers, or senselessly shot dead amid a lack of police presence. South Park, which looks clean and safe, today suffers from some the highest incidences of robbery and other crimes.
