While today’s real estate market in Downtown is booming, I’m sorry to see that a few mid-range home buyers and small investors have stopped looking for a Downtown property to purchase. I understand that it can be a bit of a let-down to learn that prices in Downtown have already nearly doubled in just the past two years.  And not everyone is ready to purchase at any given time.  It is my pleasure to inform you about the exciting reality of Downtown’s opportunities, and to save the day with one super-secret, nearly miraculous source of Downtown’s hidden bargain deals.
