More Loft Apartments Coming to the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles at 950 S Broadway

Broadway, the seven-story structure across from the Ace Hotel, has plans to be turned into 30 loft apartments, and will include a rooftop deck, as well as 7,500 square feet of retail space.
