REAL ESTATE BROKER UPDATE — A couple days ago, I showed you the qualification letter. Now, after 48 hours of cramming (not to mention 2 years of broker classes, then 6 months of paperwork), I passed the real estate broker exam today. YEEAAHH!!!!!  Now a few more weeks of paperwork, and then my actual broker license should hopefully arrive some time next month. Here’s today’s results:
