At this weekend’s conference, I’ve learned how to better find distressed properties with lower prices and show it on a heat map.  I’ve learned how to buy ugly houses.  I’ve learned how to better help sophisticated investors and buyers who feel they don’t need an agent but are tired of driving around day and night looking for the right property.  They end up missing out on just the right home because they don’t have access to the best deals, the unlisted homes that are not on the internet, and homes that require the right connections and relationships to find all over Southern California, including Los Angeles, Valley, Coast, Orange County and Palm Springs areas.
