Fired bricks are one of the touchstone building products of civilization. There is evidence their use stretches back as far as 10,000 years and they remained one of the longest-lasting, strongest, and most aesthetically-pleasing materials around. And since the development of brick, covered, in layers and sometimes painted, and most recently in interior renovations of existing buildings, revealed and left exposed.

Lofts in luxury buildings with high-end, fine, glassy ironspot exposed brick walls are popular among Loft Blog readers. Among the best examples can be found in loft buildings in the Arts District as we see in the title photo taken at the Biscuit Lofts Building where you can find lofts for sale or lease. It’s a situation where everything old is new again.

When the change shortage hit and LA buildings responded with a laundry app machines. Residents called that a game changer. Doing laundry without regard for having enough pesky quarters to feed the machine. But some of the new app services provided by luxury rentals are next level tipping point magical.

“The majority of downtown L.A. residents are professionals who want to live close to their places of work and they want to rent,” said Rick Vogel, a senior vice president at Related. “Our leasing model reflects the growing demand for luxury apartment rentals full of first-class amenities, in a prime downtown L.A. location.”
