The Ostrich Farm live-work lofts are in South Pasadena near Arroyo shopping, dining, yoga studios, the Gold Line and the 110 freeway. Set in a clean, quiet upscale location, these Ostrich Farm Lofts come complete with concrete floors, industrial vaulted ceilings and open air walkways.
These 53 loft condominium units were developed in 2006 from the historic Cawston Ostrich Farm, an historic landmark building. The Ostrich Farm Lofts range in size from approximately 700 square feet to over 2000 square feet of living in a project that is known for its adaptive reuse of a former factory. There are gardens and terraces in a gated environment. The units feature high ceilings and polished concrete floors. The locale is an easy walk to the Gold Line Light Rail System, and also the outstanding store and restaurants of South Pasadena.
