The fastest growing Downtown Los Angeles real estate team is seeking qualified candidates for the following tasks:
Add and update online ads and directories
Provide sales and marketing support for agents
Weekly E-Mail and/or Phone Communication Clients
Prepare Print and Online Advertising & Marketing
Prepare Online and Print Ads
Assist agents to Prepare Staff Meetings
Agent & Client Support + Customer Service
Create and Distribute Monthly Real Estate Newsletter
Create, edit and distribute photos, videos and multimedia
Mail letters to Expireds & FSBO’s
Submit print and/or online advertising
Distribute Lead emails to Agents
Update client mailing lists
Answer Phones as Needed
Prepare & Communicate Weekly #’s to Admin/Mngmt Staff
Assist agents with showings, keys, signs, pick-ups, drop offs
Assist w/projects and administration upon request
Advertising and marketing experience highly desirable. Car and Downtown proximity are required.

Factory – This word belongs to several things in Downtown, including Factory Place Arts Complex, the rental lofts building where we worked for many years. The Factory Kitchen is now there as well. Downtown is also home to Toy Factory Lofts.
