Amenities like the pool/spa features give the residence a home space beyond the door of their lofts. Having an onsite gym and gardens with bbq facilities and off-leash dog run help extend their sense of home space which is a huge plus in the downtown Los Angeles area were going outside of the security of your building at night to do a dog walk for example is not advised.
