Urban L.A. home prices continue to skyrocket under runaway inflation. The average property sold price increased from $609,770 last May to a whopping $744,000 for the same period in 2022, according to real estate professional Multiple Listing Service statistics for Downtown and nearby loft neighborhoods in MLS areas 23, 42 and 1375. Slightly fewer transactions, with significant higher monetary level, evidences stagflation, economic stagnation combined with price inflation.
