Little Tokyo Lofts for one, offers an onsite dog run to tenants’ best friends. As demand for this amenity grows, developers and property managers are getting more creative with their offerings. The dog run is not just a grassy area either. Tenants are requesting dog washing stations and bigger play areas. Close-in dog parks are another option if you can get away. One nearby DTLA park that is lightly used and is easy to access is at a dog park in South Pasadena just off the 110 Freeway. 650 Stoney Dr. South Pasadena, CA 91030 The Dog area is gated and tucked away out of sight from the main park. Restrooms and play areas are a bonus. Dog beaches are a nice day trip with one off-leash park area in Long Beach and another on leash state beach in Malibu.
