Most of us have heard of prime locations, but what is a “super prime location” in terms of residential real estate in L.A.?

A physical address that is above and beyond that of a prime location would include most properties on a famous boulevard, facing the sand and water of a nice beach, directly across the street of a highly esteemed park, amid highly admired shopping centers, by a top golf course and country club or directly adjacent to a popular tourist attraction.
