Your Rent Has Been Increased to $5,920.00 Per Month

Why rents are going only higher  —  CBS News reported this week that renters can expect rapid increased in rental rates in the coming years.

The average U.S. rent has climbed 14 percent to $1,124 since 2010.  While Downtown rentals are under rent control laws, most rentals in Downtown fall under various rent control loopholes that allow for sharp rent increases.
