Rowan Lofts Building Downtown Los Angeles Update

REAL ESTATE NEWS (Los Angeles, CA) — Here’s some new info about parking and electricity in the famous, beautiful historic Mills Act condominium structure in Downtown L.A.:

Parking is not always included with purchase or lease of a Rowan loft unit. Always ask the owner, seller or HOA home owners association for details. Parking is in the structure behind the Rowan building, on the other side of the semi-private alley. Single spaces and two-car tandem spaces can be leased. They are open parking, not assigned spaces.
