Artificial Intelligence AI Art: 21st Century Cybermen of the Art World Brought to Life by Ben Berry

We have been editing our photos this week with AI software to create a mash-up with popular art themes; here, Andy Warhol meets Alta industrial lofts.

We cover many facets of artificial intelligence (AI) and Block Chain technology regarding investment and real estate transactions. It’s hard to wrap your mind around what it means in practical terms. So we were happy to come across a new piece of AI technology that is visual. Ben Barry used the power of AI to generate a book of digital drawings and paintings that were created by AI on its own. The results are beautiful and offer up a point of reference for us as we learn to navigate our new century of machines that enhance our thinking, artistic and business lives. For example, how can a survey of personal criteria be used to generate your perfect home search criteria for a downtown Los Angeles loft? With the right skill set an AI tool could narrow down your likes and dislikes to create the prefect selection for you faster than you could go look at even one option.

The future of art is now, and art technology explorer Ben Barry has made history.

Art Deco Artist Lofts for Lease also AI Writing Future Tech

Artist Lofts with a big footprint are available for lease.

Loft Blog readers were the first to learn about some surprisingly spacious industrial lofts located in the Elysian Park area. Some with footprints of 960 square feet and features great outdoor spaces and a very large, private, SE-facing balcony. High ceilings, big windows, concrete floors, a big bathroom with tile floors, walk-in closet. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a fridge. Gas stove and hookup for washing machine.   

The Alta Lofts buildings have a historic Art Deco style, contemporary additions, a fitness center, gym, social rooms, barbecue areas, secured entrances, 24-hour guards, secure parking spaces, and guest parking. Walk to dining, shopping, Metro Gold Line Station, Elysian Park, and the Arroyo Bike Trail. Originally built in 1925, the structure was operated for decades by Fuller Paint Company and retains its original Art Deco facade and architecture but has been updated with modern features and furnishings that blend the best of both. Building amenities include a fully landscaped ground-level patio. Located approximately 10 minutes from Costco and downtown Burbank.
