The Role:
As an Independent Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of our marketing and sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- 🔍 Identifying prospective clients in need of real estate services.
- 📞 Cold-calling, emailing, texting and networking to acquire new business.
- 💡 Implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and investors.
- 🤝 Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- 📈 Analyzing market trends and sales data.
- 📹 Shooting and editing video and photography of properties.
- 🌐 Maximizing reach by leveraging social media and digital platforms.
- 📝 Drafting and blogging promotional content, reports, and other marketing materials.
- 💼 Representing our brands at trade shows, open houses, and other events.
Requirements:
- 🚀 Self-starter, highly motivated
- 🗣 Strong communication skills
- 🌐 Basic understanding of digital platforms (training provided)
- 🚗 Valid driver’s license (for local travel) or reside near L.A. Metro
- 💻 Own a laptop or computer
- 🔑 Positions for licensed salespersons and unlicensed marketing execs
