The LA Art Show is the preeminent international contemporary art show in the United States. Taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center, the show will feature over 120 galleries and museums from 23 countries, with 20,000 works of art. At the show, guests will be able to experience a diverse array of paintings, sculptures, works on paper, installations, photography, design, video, and performances. The largest section of the show is Modern + Contemporary, which features a vast spectrum of contemporary artwork from galleries in Los Angeles, the Pacific Rim, and countries all around the world. In addition, the show features a special programming section, DIVERSEartLA, devoted to nurturing the creative energy of international collectors, artists, curators, museums, and non-profits, as well as a European Pavilion, dedicated to galleries from Europe, Africa, and the Mediterranean.

The show also features numerous featured exhibitions that showcase the latest technologies, innovations, and inventions from around the world. These exhibitions often provide interactive experiences and demonstrations that allow viewers to get a closer look at the latest innovations. MC Escher, the Dutch graphical artist best known for his mathematically inspired works of art, tessellations and optical illusions, is also featured.
