Most of us have heard of prime locations, but what is a “super prime location” in terms of residential real estate in L.A.?

A physical address that is above and beyond that of a prime location would include most properties on a famous boulevard, facing the sand and water of a nice beach, directly across the street of a highly esteemed park, amid highly admired shopping centers, by a top golf course and country club or directly adjacent to a popular tourist attraction. That being said, some of these places are high-traffic areas with dense accumulation of visitors during the daytime, thus these locations are not for everyone. They are for those who want to be in the middle of the action, who have a feeling of safety when other people are around and who understand the elevated investment potential of these super popular spots.
