Need your bed made, groceries picked up? There is an app for that at some of LA’s new Aparatments complexes. Once developers built condos to sell but now they see that their market share is actually people who want to rent.
These prospects don’t want to pack up amazon returns, or pick up the dry cleaning, not when the building provides the service you can access with an app. This is a level of service not seen since the start of the last century in Los Angles when apartment buildings employed on site staff to cook and clean for tenants.
