As for the amenities in the building a fan says that many of the lofts in the Textile Building have amazing views and underground parking. The gym is nice but at least one resident believes that it could use more equipment. One big benefit that the other Santee buildings don’t offer: Textile is the Santee Village building that provides gated subterranean parking with every unit! Most other buildings in Santee only provide most parking spaces a block away in Skid Row 🙁 Textile’s exclusive 100% underground parking spaces are secret gems.

Rent Restrictions: The HOA has tried to limit the ability of owners to lease out their lofts, a potentially expensive inconvenience for homeowners who must move away, but prefer not to sell their loft.
