Justin:  Where can we find out about the settled litigation at Market Lofts??

Corey:  That’s a great question, Justin.  Now that the real estate economy has shifted toward a buyer’s market, prospective loft and condo owners are being more diligent about their potential investments.  Knowing about litigation, lawsuits and loft lending issues ahead of time can save money, frustration and many hours, days or weeks of time.  Here’s an update on what we know about Market Lofts litigation.  #market #lofts #litigation

HOA involved in litigation, however conventional financing is available. We are told that there are two pending litigations that are wrapping up: Construction Defect Litigation and Parking Litigation. They are said to be almost done, but need to have the final paperwork filed at court.  Buyers may currently need to use a litigation specialist lender or loft specialist lender who has successfully completed financing for units in the building recently.  A list of loft lenders is available free from the L.A. These are some very tall dudes! Heights of these pro basketball players ranging from 6 ft to 7 ft tall. It makes sense that many of them like to live in lofts of course. With ceiling heights from 9 ft to 21 ft, lofts provide the palatial head room and open space that a 265 lb basketball player requires.  Let’s check out some amazing lofts in their town. Perhaps the most well known lofts in Oklahoma City are The Garage Loft Apartments.

The past and the present live harmoniously together in this magnificent building from the 1930’s. The Garage was once home to the Norton-Johnson Buick Company. The art-deco structure is a prominent reminder of the city’s original “Dealership Row.”

Renovated in 1995, this historic building is now home to The Garage Loft Apartments, consisting of 24 units, each with its own unique character. Units range in size from 800 to 2600 square feet, each with individual character from grand ceiling height, natural light, expansive windows and exposed plumbing.

Urban lifestyle comes alive with the vibrant energy of OKC’s epicenter. Residents enter their apartment through a limited access overhead door and park in front of their individual unit.  Best of all, the lofts rent for less than half of what comparable lofts cost in Los Angeles.

Not all of the Thunder team members live in lofts of course.  A few years ago, Kevin Durant sold his estate in the suburbs of northwest Oklahoma City. Durant purchased the single family residence with vaulted high ceilings and guest house in 2011, and later sold the 5,545 sq fy house as he purchased larger properties. Durant later moved away to another team. Check out the bedroom that shows how a large suburban home can also provide lofty character.
