The location appears to be the key factor in Shy’s calculations, as the metamorphosing new loft building gets polished up right next door to the hipster fashionable Ace Hotel and Theater. Adding A-List magic to the neighborhood, the new Apple Store project progresses in the old Tower Theater less than two blocks down the street. Even closer stands the art deco masterpiece landmark Eastern Columbia building. It’s not yet clear just how much hip cache can rub off onto 939 Lofts.
