Nearly all of the readers of the L.A. Loft Blog are looking for either Downtown lofts, urban condos or houses with character in nearby cool neighborhoods or up-and-coming areas nearby. For Downtown, prospective home buyers want modernized historic lofts with high ceilings, large windows and natural light in a fun community walkable to coffee, dining, entertainment and transportation. Others prefer brand new condos with clean, shiny appliances and the latest comforts. Many buyers prefer to live in a real house with real bedroom that have doors that close, private garages, patios and yards and no HOA dues. #downtownla #neighborhoods

Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood have arrived, and are full of fun and excitement.
