Most properties in Downtown come with 1 parking space, but many in the lower price range do not include any parking.  Some large lofts include 2 parking spaces or a 2-car tandem space.

Bedrooms with doors

Most lofts in Downtown Los Angeles are open lofts with no bedroom door.  Some lofts have bed area separation, while other lofts have the bed right by the front door or next to the refrigerator.  Most open lofts in Downtown are referred to as “1 Bedrooms” even if they are completely open with no bedroom walls or bedroom door; the word “Studio” is usually reserved for non-loft, traditional condos that are very small.

Because lofts are specifically for openness, square footage is usually move relevant than bedrooms. Number of bedrooms is particularly helpful for traditional condominiums, as well as houses outside of Downtown.
