We have been looking for a place to lease and this seems like a great place to start. I have enjoyed reading what is posted here and it is obvious that Corey knows more about the downtown LA Loft market than anyone else. Kudos.
8th and Hope Yelp reviews concur on the apartments being a great value. With free shuttle service, and free beers, tenants of 8th and Hope find it better than luxury towers nearby. Residents report that staff is among the most friendly and helpful. Downsides – There was one complaint from a neighboring building of barking dogs left on the balcony.
