Residents and visitors report that the they love the building for its location, quiet units facing North with well-insulated walls, gorgeous new kitchens and bathrooms, awesome neighbors and kind, friendly professional stall. It’s well maintained, and has rooftop pool, gym by a tranquil zen garden courtyard with fountain. It’s on Restaurant Row, and has lots of dining and shopping. The Metro is in the same building.
The elevators can occasionally get slow. You will lose your deposit if you do not follow the rules precisely and repair any damage. A few have complained that they do not like the service of the staff. Some love the valet parking that is included in the rent for some. Other must pay extra for valet parking, while some find valet parking to be inconvenient altogether. While there were some inconveniences cause by construction in the building, that seems to be largely complete. There is however noisy construction on the other side of 7th street.
