Like the rest of Downtown, the Spring Arcade Building is undergoing a renaissance and renovation as the cheap tschotschke retail stalls are being replaced with nice, upscale shops and restaurants.

Spring Arcade Loft Building in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles was built as a grand cathedral to commerce and leisure.   Modeled after the 19th century shopping arcades of Paris and London, Spring Arcade is two towers flanking a three story glass enclosed and sunlit bazaar. Spanish Renaissance and Beaux Arts details, unique spacious floor plans, hardwood floors, high ceilings and modern appointments create the ultimate in 21st century sophisticated urban living in the Spring Arcade Loft Apartments.

  1. A man says he is very happy living at the Spring Arcade Building, and he has absolutely no intention of moving.
The maintenance service is very functional and they always do their best to solve any problem.

When he had a minor issue with his refrigerator, he went down to management office and managers took time out from a meeting to arrange an immediate service call!
With regard to the building, it is very spacious and the layout is very well organized.
Before choosing the unit in which he lives now he visited others and each had its own character.

The valet parking works very well and the parking attendants are very courteous.
His apartment he says is very bright and there is so much light that it is not necessary to buy floor lamps.
Tenants are polite and friendly and seem to be a real community !

  2. Spring Arcade and other lofts in Downtown all have issues that renters should know about before seeing the rentals. Spring Arcade can be seen along with other unadvertised bargains on the L.A. Loft Tour at LAloftTour.com
