Buyer’s MUST bring a Downtown specialist on the first visit, or the seller may not allow the buyer to obtain proper representation. Once a buyer has chosen to formally represent themselves, the seller may not let them change their mind. The seller may act like they represent the buyer initially, and then later on, the paperwork will state that the buyer has chosen to represent themselves.
