  1. Mura Condominium building has won awards for landscaping design. Mura is a notch above some other condominiums in Downtown. Mura has some good and bad things, pros and cons about its neighborhood, location of units, HOA rules, security, accessibility, interiors, noise levels and parking. Buyers can get free help from am Mura specialist at (213) 478-0499.

  2. I will be soon leaving the Mura Condominium and I am very happy. It was a really bad experience.
They charge you a lot of fees to move in (and out) 500 “refundable deposit” plus $ 100 non refundable deposit and they find any excuse to keep your money. They also constantly do work and have water shut off in the morning. In addition they have a problem with their alarm system that comes off unexpectedly often at any times of the day and night! It is very noisy, people party here till late at night and you can often smell barbeque sausage from the restaurant in front.
    Do not rent here!
