Downtown Los Angeles Apartments

Hi, I just got a new job downtown and am trying to move closer to work. I have a small dog and can afford to pay 1100/m. My credit is good and I don’t need parking or a swimming pool or anything fancy. Pretty much just a bathroom and a locking door. Do you know of any raw spaces that I could rent?  Thanks for your help!  —  Jessica

Hi Jessica,  Thank you for your email. I certainly wish that we could provide more help to renters with places for $1,100 per month. Unfortunately, the average recent Downtown lease is $2,750 and the lowest that we’ve seen in 6 months was $1,300 for 460 sq ft at 215 7TH ST #609. Our team is not aware of anything cheaper, and we are busy helping renters above the $2,800 range.  Renters at $1,100 per month will likely need to rent a place outside of Downtown and find a roommate on Craigslist or Roommates.com. Here are some more resources to help renters find a good deal on a nice loft for lease in Downtown L.A.:   #downtownlosangeles #apartments

It’s all about the accomplishment of objectives, such as finding amazing lofts with great open space, high ceilings, lofts of windows and light, in prime walking areas requires.  Finding these at bargain prices requires more investigation than ever before.  This is especially true in Downtown, where most properties for sale have unusual issues such as financing disasters and widespread lawsuit liabilities.

Those who rely strictly on consumer real estate websites and out-of-town agents may find out too late that they have missed up to 45% of the best amazing loft deals, did not learn about pending litigation, and used the wrong lender — another lender that failed to come through with financing on an industrial of commercial loft conversion.

The answer to this is advanced technology, including the knowledge of pocket listing location techniques, best investment calculation processes, etc.
