DTLA Market Report — The Loft Blog plans to have the February 2021 real estate market report numbers within the next day or two. In the mean time, the busy real estate season has begun in Downtown L.A. For the last several weeks, the brokers, agents and administrators in our staff have been busy. Downtown L.A. has made progress in restoring businesses. In fact, it’s been rather difficult to find parking in the Historic Core lately. The most requested buildings recently have been the Rowan Building, Cornell Building, Barker Block, Higgins Building, Bartlett Building, Pan American, Alta Lofts, Eastern Columbia and Flower Street Lofts.

To keep up with increasing demand and recent increased Department of Real Estate and Realtor documentation requirements, the Loft Blog is implementing paid subscription and tour options for those placing customer service requests and agent requests. This includes request for property information, property viewings, tours, information and reports. Paid subscriptions and paid tours allow the Loft Blog team to improve our customer service and to offer additional services in the near future.
