The 90012 zip code market showed strong improvement in this week’s report, as the number of home sales rose 12.5%, pushing the total to nine homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, the 90065 zip code had 34 sales, the most of all zip codes in the area. The median sales price rose to $549,000, up from last week’s $534,500.
